Conditions for returns:

In order for the Product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• We accept returns within 2 to 3 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• The Products were purchased in the last 7 days

• The Products are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

Gifts:

If the Products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Products weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
